Global Inheritance Women

From poverty to power

Training and equipping women in Uganda to create and sell quality crafts to lift their families out of poverty.

Global Inheritance works with mothers, widows and poor women in poverty and from underprivileged backgrounds in rural Ugandan villages to create quality crafts, jewelry and clutch bags. Our approach for these women and their beneficiaries is a holistic development model, through counseling, vocational and financial training, health education, and business mentorships.

Everything they do is funded through product sales. That means, every time you make a purchase, you have a direct impact on the women’s lives and their families. Enabling them to provide for themselves and their families, pay for their children’s schooling, and ensure themselves a brighter future. Our goal is to break generational poverty circles in the women’s lives and through creative collaboration, with photos and bios of the artisans, we tell stories of each of the women we help empower and expose them to global customers.
